​I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Ransome She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, professional and took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The entire office staff was also welcoming. caring and efficient. I couldn't ask for a better ophthalmologist and highly recommend Dr. Ransome. I feel like I had top-notch care.

Ok this is wild. Susan was a terrific and empathetic doctor; I was literally looking her up to recommend a friend to her and was shocked to see these reviews. This woman was a gem.

I am optimistic that Dr. Ransome is competent, but Jules Stein Administration and scheduling is a nightmare. I was advised to get a follow-up appointment. I have now spent three hours on hold over two days with two phones listening to the awful on hold noise. Clearly there is a problem with scheduling that needs to be urgently resolved. During the last visit, there were 2-3 patients waiting and several staff, including scheduling staff sitting with nothing to do.
