We just had a new roof installed this week by Ransom Roofing and are extremely pleased! Shane Ransom was great at explaining exactly what would be done and provided detailed estimates for all costs for both materials and labor. He and his crew were fantastic—extremely efficient and left us with a beautiful roof and immaculate grounds!
I could not recommend Shane Ransom more! He delivers extra mile customer service on top of being a 10/10 person. Every gentleman on his crew is professional, friendly, and has a sense of urgency to get the job done. When we bought the house, the roof was at the end of its life. At the suggestion of our home inspector, we went with Ransom. Ransom Roofing installed rust-red architectural shingles that complement the brickwork on the front of our house. Shane and his team are great. They showed up on time and immediately went to work.
