Matthew has been great to work with. He helped us resolve many issues that were created by our previous manager. He has worked with our tenants and set up the ground rules that they are expected to follow while maintaining a close relationship with them. He is very good at communicating and keeping us updated with all aspects of our rentals. I would highly recommend using Matthew as a property manager.
