Matthew P ******************** managed 4 of our properties for several years. We are hands off landlords and try to trust the professionals we hire to do the job ethically and with professionalism. We found that Mr. ******************** failed to uphold his duties to us as a property manager, his monthly reports left a lot to be desired. He ended a problem tenancy for us, after the Covid moratorium ended, but failed to verify that the tenant was current in his utility payments.
