A massive thanks to Dave and his team for working their magic on my diesel VW after I accidentally filled and drove it with petrol. The guys managed to get it going again after draining the tank and cleaning out the fuel system. So glad I gave it a shot with Rankin, it was well worth travelling across town for and probably saved me the cost of a new car. I couldn't ask for a better experience. The team were quick and efficient in testing and confirming that I had an issue with my injector (took close to twice the pressure as the other injectors) and since he had the parts in stock, I was able to have the injectors rebuilt and collected within 24h. I was also supplied all the details I need to reinstall the Injectors properly, with a few extra tips. You can tell the team has a wealth of knowledge, and has no issue sharing it.
After 8 years of trouble with my Toyota Hilux , Rankin Diesel were able to solve and fix my car. After spending 15K at another workshop without success, Rankin Diesel were able to determine a minor fault causing knocking and various other codes. They thought about the problem and didn’t just change parts till they found the solution. You have to be very careful who works on your car but l can certainly trust and recommend Rankin Diesel.
