Worst experience I have had with a Mechanic. I had a leaking diesel pump and the injectors on my 4.2 Patrol required doing. On the day I got the truck back I was heading for the high country. They over boosted my turbo pulling more that 20 PSI. This caused my EGR to go over 600 Deg. I had to limp the truck all weekend to try and keep under EGR under 500 Deg. I contacted them on return. A massive thanks to Dave and his team for working their magic on my diesel VW after I accidentally filled and drove it with petrol. The guys managed to get it going again after draining the tank and cleaning out the fuel system. So glad I gave it a shot with Rankin, it was well worth travelling across town for and probably saved me the cost of a new car. I highly recommend Dave & his team if you’re in need of diesel engine pros.
