I changed my primary care after 24 years because insurance changed. I was referred to this office and she was the only available doctor.. first thru never verified my insurance and treated me 3 appointments before dmdonfkng out after my bills went to Collections in a 4 month period. No discussion. She also had me on the same antibiotics for a major infection for 2 months that was not effective. She can be good on her good days but inconsistent. My last appointment I had to wait over an hour to see her. She never remembers who I am and can be condescending. I have given her plenty of chances so now moving on. See someone else if you want good experience.
She has been our family doctor for over 20 years and has provided outstanding service. She has been kind, compassionate, understanding and supportive through a host of health issues from the normal issues, to cancer, brain tumors and death of a parent. Always willing to listen and take time to work through issues. We highly recommend her to others.
Worst doctor I ever had! Needs to refer you to specialists for everything, but expects you to find them for yourself. Extremely strange appearance. Excessively long bangs and equally excessive black eye makeup. Seemed unhygienic and certainly not proper for a doctor.
Dr. Nathan has been totally committed to my health and well-being. She is without a doubt the best doctor I have ever had in my life. She is a compassionate person and asks lots of questions as a means of solving any of my problems.
I have had good experiences with Dr. Nathan. She is very caring and follows up to give thorough, good quality care. I'm impressed that she remembers personal details from visits. She is persistent with issues that I have faced to make sure they are addressed. I have been seeing her for 3 years now and am very satisfied.
She ordered the wrong blood test for me, which required that I had to go back in and get blood drawn again on another day, which was an unnecessary hassle. Barely offered even a slight apology through the nurse. During my latest visit she stated a course of treatment if a test came back a certain way, then failed to follow-through and even return my call. It's been two days of my trying to reach her and I have yet to hear back. She hasn't adequately followed through. Really disappointed.
