I’m had a really good experience with Ranger. I heard about them on my neighborhood watch website, made an appointment. The tech “Robby” was awesome! He got right to work troubleshooting, and quickly diagnosed it. It was the fan out of balance with dust buildup. Yuck! Brushed it down and cleaned it. The tech was very knowledgeable and informative and very personable. I will for sure use them again 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
"We needed to replace our system. It died at 20 years of use. We wanted something that would last throughout the next 20+ years. Ranger was the company we chose, to install our new Trane system. Amy scheduled a time we chose, for Dan to come to our home, and hear our wants and needs. Isaac and Curtis arrived at the scheduled time. They were extremely polite and helpful. "We can not say enough about the professional and friendly customer service we received from Tyler & Conner. From start to finish, they kept us informed on what they were doing. When they were finished, they went over the new system completely. They were not impatient with our questions and stayed until we felt comfortable with how it all worked. Kudos for having two employees that really care about the job they do. We would highly recommend Ranger."
I am frustrated with this company. We spent $10K a couple of months ago to get a decent A/C installed and it is useless. They promised warranty, but after receiving money, they are not fixing the A/C issue, not issuing the electricity permit for installing the A/C as they promised, and the wiring failed in the inspection and of course they are not fixing it. Do not go with this company or your money and energy will be waisted. I doubt all these 5 star reviews are real. We are going to sue them. That’s the only option left.
We are so happy with Rangers Heating & Cooling! We got several quotes to replace our Furnace, Air Conditioner, & Water Heater. They were the most thorough in the quote process and the price was very reasonable. David & Hillarie took their time in explaining everything to me. I utilized Ranger Heating and Cooling to service a natural gas furnace and natural gas water heater at my new house. Rob was very professional, polite, and punctual. He answered all my questions and even showed me how to light my pilot light on my furnace!
