Crooks and thieves.Rented from Ray Seibert for approximately 14 months.I had to prove 3 times,that I paid rent. Turns out, that his staff were stealing the rent from renters that paid in cash.Moved 4 months ago and now Ray is suing me for unpaid rent, Now I have to prove,once again, that I paid the rent for the 4th time. Ray Seibert is mentally ill, and a crook. Trust what people tell you, and do NOT rent from this company! I worked in the office for one day...never went back. The unethical and immoral things that man does, and expects you to do as well if you're working for him is outrageous. He treats his renters very poorly and is a lunatic.
