What Are You Talking about?! Great Service, Great Food, Great People. – The reviewer before me thought that the service at Randy's wasn't great..but I don't know if they are at the right place! Every time I've been in there they have been kind to me and have always gone the extra mile if I needed something. Great food, great prices, and awesome owner. – I love pizza. Period. So, upon moving to Morrisville (from Raleigh) I searched online for good pizza places. Terrible customer service – I do not know why this restaurant advertises that they can deliver. I live approximately 1 mile from this establishment yet every time I try to call for delivery they say it will take more than one hour to get our wanted food items. Whenever I?m quoted such an outrageous time I call their competitors who gladly get my order to me in 30 minutes. Best Pizza....Bar NONE – We tried Randy's Pizza for the first time in a long while last week, and had forgotten how outstanding the food is! Since the new ownership has taken over, the place is cleaner, the service terrific, and the new menu offerings are a welcome addition to the menu. Go to another pizza joint? Fuhgettaboutit !! – Randy's is the total package. My lovely bride - who also looks very ethic - loves the Garden Salad and its a great deal at just over $5. Not sure what limp wristed pizza joint "restaurant observer" is looking for, but Randy's is the real deal. Maybe you should stop over analyzing how you're treated and just fold up your slice and eat it. By the way, the wings rock, the slices rock, and the lunch combos are a super deal. Be a man.........eat pizza @ Randy's.
Good, but not sure I would go to this location again – I went here with a couple friends, and the food was fine. The restrooms were less then acceptable, and the rest of the place was not very clean. The icing on the cake was when the employee put the pizza right in front of my baby, and he put his fingers in the cheese before I could stop him. A little common sense might be a good thing! I much prefer the Morrisville location, and I think I will stick to that on from now on.
Good NY Style pizza...Worst service. – I agree 100 % with restaurantobserver. I enjoy the food. Being from NJNY, it is very comparable to NY pizza. I have had issues with the service every time I've eaten there, dine it and take out. The guys behind the counter seem to have their own little fraternity and don't care about their customers. Just Like Home (NY) – Ditto the last writer. Randy's is the best and if you are from New York you will feel like your home from the time you walk in. The pizza is about as close to New York as you can get here. We live in Raleigh and drive over to Morrisville just to get their pizza, passing many other pizza joints on our way. My three boys are pizza junkies and will only eat their pizza as well. My first trip had me hooked! In fact, I didn't make it home without slipping a piece out of the box for a bite in the car!
Not worth it – Save yourself some time and go to the Randy's Pizza of RTP up on Miami BLVD. It's far superior. I have been here twice and it was average both times.
