I found Randy’s Door Service in Oneida just by doing a quick Google search and had never met him before and I’m so glad I did! Randy gave me a quote that was completely accurate when I received the bill. He showed up exactly when he said he would and did amazing work on my garage door. The repair was done so well, that I didn’t even realize the door was working at first because it’s that smooth now! No more loud squeaks or rattles. This guy is a joke. A call was made to him to see if he'd be willing to look at a garage door to see what could be fixed to make it work. He was EXTREMELY rude, laughed, and said that it wasn't going to work and that it was a waste of time. He also said that it should have been known before starting the install that there would be issues and that he was called too late. All without even looking at it. Not how you do business. I have dealt with Randy on several occasions and have received prompt and courteous service. This man knows his product and treats people with the respect they deserve. I would call him again if my garage door needs his expertise.
This guy is disrespectful to women and if there is not a guy there like my dad called him he was nice and when he came to the house he was disrespectful to her telling her her husband didn't know what he was doing to take it done and call him to frame it and install a door that it would never work that was a couple days ago today I went over and it worked with half hour of work I wouldn't hire him for anything as I am a contractor and would never treat a woman that way
