Had a wonderful experience at Dr. Wong's! I was always contacted quickly, even needed help while I got lost in my car and Charlotte literally stayed on the phone and walked me through the directions! Once inside I felt pampered and treated like I mattered. That is becoming more and more rare so I really appreciate the lovely service that seems to go above and beyond!
I was very relaxed, well informed and satisfied with my consultation with Dr Wong. I am very happy with my decision to have the surgery and very pleased with the outcome. This was just the first consultation with Dr. Wong's medical team but I was impressed with both Charlotte who was kind enough to drive me to my next doctor's appointment as it was raining out and we were running late. I am really pleased with my results. The whole process from start to finish was exceptional. I experienced no pain and minimal bruising. Doctor Wong and staff were gentle, supportive and kind. Dr. Wong’s work changed my life. After several failed attempts by various so called “famous surgeons,” Dr. Wong corrected my damaged nose both functionally and aesthetically. A very happy and satisfied customer I am. Dr. Wong performed 3 different procedures. Asian double eyelids, bags under the eyes and breast augmentation. Loved all 3 results. I have known Dr Wong for many years and never once thought I would be one of his patients. Because of his professional career, I came to a point in my life where I wanted a change and thought of Dr Wong immediately.
