Great atmosphere and Chelsea Stevens was very helpful!!!! I highly recommend her services.
A few months back I needed something new in my life and I figured a car would do the trick. That being said I decided to head up to Randy Wise Awesome Mall and see what my options were. With the help of Chelsea Stevens I now have a 2014 charcoal Ford Focus. This car is great on gas and drives wonderfully. I highly recommend this place and her exceptional services! (:

Pushy salesman. After being told we were no longer interested in a vehicle, they continued to text and send info to our bank for the sale. The vehicle was listed on carguru for 12,500 and they drew up paperwork for 13,500. When it was pointed out, they changed the price on carguru to 13,500 and tried insisting it was always 13,500. It's been a few days now, maybe about a week, and the vehicle is still listed but for 12,500 now.
extremely careless advertising showing prices that are not available to the general public. I spoke to internet sale dept and showed them the ad where the price was $41,899 for a 2017 Lincoln Continental and the actual price was $2,000 more. These practices are not ethical. Buyers beware of dealers showing reducing price without specifying discount plans.
