RecommendedRandy Wise—— Totally a wonderful experience. Shopping for anything theses day can be a real hassle. Well not a this dealer. I’m in to buy a new car after having 2 back surgeries. We decided on what I wanted and they brought it off the lot into the inside showroom so I could see it. I can’t think of anything else they could have done to be so accommodating.
Took my son in to purchase his first new car today. We both immediately felt comfortable with our Sales Associate Noelle. She spent a lot of time answering all of our questions and addressing my concerns as well as easing my “mom” fears! We will be back. She’s earned my business for life!
Purchased a Jeep (albeit used) a few months ago and am already having problems with it. The thing that really ticks me off is that the Fenton dealership doesn’t even service Jeeps!!! Maybe you should have mentioned this BEFOREHAND!!! 😡😡
We recently sent out Buick Enclave in for service before we went on a long car trip. We began experiencing the same issues with it that we sent it in for and immediately contacted them. They arranged to have someone drive 4 hours away to drop me off a loner car and take ours back to put it back In for service. There service department really went above and beyond for us to make sure that the issue was taken care of. Can’t say enough about there customer service. It’s things like this that will keep us as satisfied customers.

They don't just see you as a customer, they treat you as if you are a close family to the staff and business. I assure you that you will be well taken care of stepping into the doors of Randy Wise. Let me add that the Technicians in the shop are long time employees who take pride in their work and are willing to communicate to the customers about any issues.
Service Center was great! Very caring and knowledgeable people. The Manager, Joe Bliss, was friendly and very informative on what needed to be done to repair my vehicle. I'll be coming back here for all of car needs.
