Salesman mike yankee took advantage of my elderly aunt. Everything was wrong from the vehicle to the loan terms it’s absolutely insane they can get away with this kind of stuff. A 86 year old woman. If I don’t get a call back or message I will be contacting the state of Michigan in Lansing and a law office.
We recently (yesterday) purchased a new-to-us vehicle and were very satisfied with our experience. Bryan went out of his way to make sure we had all the info we needed to make a good decision. Everyone we had contact with was most helpful and knowledgeable. We will definitely come back when we are in the market for another car.

We were in a car accident a little over a week ago. We were unfamiliar with how to go about getting our vehicle fixed as this is the first accident we have been in, in 17 years. Guaranteed financing is a joke! Not to mention I never got a call back or any kind of explanation...just quit communicating with me altogether! Guessing they didn’t wanna put in any actual work to make the deal! Definitely go someplace else! They don’t want the commission if they actually have to do their job!
