I bought a Certified pre-owned vehicle from them in June with 33,000+ miles on it. I took it in Tuesday as the check engine light came on. When they looked at it they found some wire damage from mice that was going to cost me $420 but on top of that they said I needed a cleaning done that is recommended around 30,000 miles (which was clearly before I purchased the vehicle and conveniently 3 days after I used my last free service visit on an oil change) when asked why it wasn't done prior to the vehicle being sold their respo... read more
Took my 2013 Sierra in for service...all taken care of, under warranty, and they cleaned my truck up big time...I have always had great service here (and, I bought it there)....all my oil changes and tire rotations from there....nothing but great experiences every time....thanks, guys and gals!
Tried to get a simple body scrape/insurance job done here. Body shop never returned calls and voice mails, lied to us repeatedly. Pulled back claim and went elsewhere....terrible customer service!
I took my truck in for regular maintenance( oil change and tire rotation) and while in their possession there was damage done to the back of the truck cab. The dealership refused responsibility for it and instead of correcting the damage, tried to sell me a vehicle saying that if I turn my lease in to them, and buy a new car that they will make sure I don't get charged for the damage. I have been in contact with the service manager, general manager, and GMC customer service and have yet to get any help. This whole experience... read more
