I was nervous because any big purchase for me shouldn't be a quick decision. After looking around, test driving a few cars, and talking about comfort, Aaron put me in a Buick Regal. I fell in love with that car! I had to have it! Was emailed telling me to come in for a recall on my car, so I did the same day. Made appointment, arrived, sat for 1 hour and 40 minutes in their customer lounge area. Was told my car was all set, no charge. Signed the paper for what I thought was for the recall. Only to have a hand written note on my dash board saying recall is for only stock cars. Worst experience I've ever experienced with a business in the service department. My family has purchased cars from Randy Wise forever!! Brought in my car that I purchased from the Fenton location, in for service at the Fenton location. ZERO COMMUNICATION. They advertise free rentals, had my car for four weeks, my enterprise bill was over $1,000. Randy wise didn't even offer to compensate. Several months ago I went into their parts department to have a key with a chip cut for a Buick Century. After cutting the key wrong they refused to recut it forcing me to take it to a locksmith and have it done right. Just recently I decided to give them another chance and took my Envoy in for an estimate on repairs because I had hit a deer that morning. Knowing I had a high deductible on my insurance I wanted the estimate to possibly pay out of pocket. They refused to give me an estimate telling me they had no control over... read more

A bit lengthy but after the explanation of how difficult it is to get at the headlamps to replace the bulb all was well plus I was given an extra key and fob on my used traverse 👍🏼 People were very nice!
I went in to get an oil change the 2nd of the 3 free my dealer told me I would be receiving, to find out its only 2. He was by far the worst car dealer I'd ever dealt with, guess there's a reason that was the last day he worked there.
I was in need of a battery for my vehicle. Called ahead spoke with service tech (mike) they got me in and out in less than 45 min.. and ran my car through the car wash excellent service.. will be returning...
