Randy found us our lot to build our home on after opening escrow we found that this lot had some very complicated lien issues. It took Randy 4.5 months extensively working on it to get it cleared up. The whole time he was patient and postitive and always kept in good communication. I dont think any other realtor would have gone to the lengths that Randy did or have the knowledge to make this happen.
