Great experience from start to finish. Went to Randy's to get a nice ring for my wife and Ryan discussed doing a custom ring design with us. Over the next few weeks Ryan worked with my wife on a custom design all within our budget and came up with a unique beautiful ring just for her. Highly recommend Randy's, we were able to get much more value compared to other jewelry stores, if your looking to create a timeless memorable moment for a loved one stop by, they wont disappoint.

Just took a ring to have a prong repaired and came out with a totally trashed ring. I was told diamonds may fall out on repair but not only lost six stones but the band of the ring was cracked. How and why was the band cracked?

Bob, Diane and the whole entire gang at Randy's are professionals!! The story goes like this....my husband called Bob "I need something for my wife for Christmas!" Bob said, "well, it's Christmas Eve and we close in 15 minutes...."
