I took my grandma’s necklace to see if they could set the diamond from one of her rings in the center of the diamond heart pendant. I wasn’t sure it would fit, but they said it was just the perfect size to get the setting in. I was nervous to leave it, but I was not disappointed. They did an amazing job. It just made the necklace even more special to me.
I took my grandfather's gold penny ring up there for repair it's been cracked in half for over 30 years, I just got it back today and I couldn't be happier with the outcome it's still original and they gave it a nice polish...I greatly appreciate it thanks to all....I also purchased a silver necklace from them with Tiffany's help, it has been holding up great had a small mishap took it back up there and they fixed it right up no charge...definitely will return for business.

Absolutely amazing. Had bands custom designed at O’Fallon store. Came out beautiful. Reset my center diamond and Is just an amazing new and modern look. I never dreamed I would ever love a wedding set as much as my first. It put tears in my eyes today. Decided to visit the Troy shop and was given same amazing service. I have been going to Randy's for years. Recently I brought in a custom designs for my husband wedding ring, and my bridal party gifts. It all turned out perfect. He loved it and all my ladies adored their gifts as well. I gotten custom mom's rings done, bought watches, earrings, and had repairs done too. Everything was done timely and professionally. I send everyone here, because they can do it all and the price is the best I've ever seen on anything I've bought or repaired.
