Just bought a new 2017 Subaru Outback. Love the car and really enjoyed the buying experience at Randy Marion. No haggling, more than a fair price for my trade in, and a fast move through all steps required in the finance process. Couldn't ask for a better experience or more professional conduct from all personnel involved.

My fiancé and I have been bringing our Subarus to Randy Marion Subaru since moving to NC from Maine in 2010. I have had some major repairs done to my 2007 Impreza, and the service department has been FANTASTIC to work with during what should be a very stressful time. The entire staff is friendly and very honest about what needs to be done, and what we can do ourselves as we both can do some basic repairs (brakes, belts, etc.). Randy Marion's service department is great! Today, I suddenly had several warning lights showing up on my 2008 Tribeca, including "Check Engine" - and I had a headlight out. On a stormy Saturday, Tim and the crew got me in right away for diagnostics. They found that the lights were on because of an electronic glitch, not a true issue - got everything cleared, and discounted the diagnostic fee for me (thanks LOTS, guys!).
