took my 2013 crosstrek in on A TRAILER and was told all I needed was an"oil change" after I asked them to do a compression check I get a call back 6 hours later. Fred the mechanic said I need a new engine. when I asked how he knew that he hung up on me. I called back and no answer. after 3 days of silence I went to retrieve my car and the service Dept had no idea what was going on. Bought two Subarus in three weeks from here. My wife got a New Outback and I got a new Crosstrek, we are loving both of them. My fiancé purchased a car in 2017 and we were sold a service contract through First Automotive. We have never utilized the contract and called First Automative to cancel it. They helped us with the paperwork and confirmed that they sent a refund check to the selling dealer for us on August 5th. Not happy with my purchase, something is constantly wrong, the power hatch has stopped working twice, the paint spots and cuts through the clear coat for no good reason, and I wash the car weekly. I've called the main company with no answer why or solution, I was told to fix the brand new paint job I would have to go through my own insurance and have the car repainted. Ken Bowers was incredible with helping both my husband and me with our cars! My husband got a WRX and I got an Ascent. Ken is so knowledgeable about Subaru and all of the models.
