I called yesterday morning about a Dodge pickup and was told it was available. My wife and I called 2 more times during the day and while we were driving the 100 miles from Asheville to Mooresville and was assured the truck was there. As we pulled into the lot we were told that somone had come in 30 min before we got there and we're trying to get the truck financed and if the deal fell thru the truck was ours. Bought a 2020 silverado in august.was ordered by randy marion was talked about up front about not having the big mirrors.so they brought truck to house and it had the big mirrors,I called salesman scott t*** he said drive it the weekend call me monday,called monday said call wed.he said he would call back.i have called many times and receptionist left messages to scott and guy the manager they never called.on top of that truck was suppose to be a lot with options like the truck I tradedff.didnt realize it when they delivered... read more

Their service department advertised "Oil Change 10.95. Excludes Corvettes" I made an appointment a week in advance for Volkswagen Jetta and they refused to honor the special saying it didn't qualify. The knew the make in advance and never said anything about it not qualifying until they had control of the vehicle. When the advertised special was pointed out, the Service Manager said "I'm not doing $10.95 special on a car that will cost me $90."
