Dishonest - both my salesmen - and the sales manager - they literally have not returned my phone calls after I spent ******k with them - wow - just wow - all over a key fob - lol - I cant understand losing a future customer and hurting a businesses reputation over a key fob

I purchased a used car, was told car was repaired before I picked up car, still having same problems with car, getting the runaround from management. **************** is horrible. I just wish they stood behind what the dealership was build on

I wanted to cancel the ************* and Pre-Maintenance warranties I purchased on a new Tahoe in February of 2023. I sent ***** in financing who done my paperwork an email in May asking how to go about this with no response. So I called the company that issued the warranties informed them that I wanted to cancel them, sent an email to the dealership with no response so they told me I can fill out a cancellation form which they sent me and within a week or so they were canceled in June.Another week or two passed and I called... read more

I unfortunately purchased a vehicle from this organization a month ago. The vehicle needed service before delivery. They cashed my check immediately instead of waiting until delivery. (First issue). There was minimal communication and false timelines given.(second issue). Vehicle was delivered with paint damage, dirty, with only half of the services completed, and with malfunctioning keys.(third issue). Deceitful and **************** My husband and I recently put a deposit down on a new vehicle. We were provided email confirmation that our deposit was received along with the window sticker confirming the features and Vin number. When the vehicle arrived at the dealership, our name was written in pen on the window sticker. We contacted the salesman and let him know when we would be in the dealership to actually purchase the vehicle. *********** SERVICE: Part needed for my car and was told it would be **** days. Almost 6 months later and nothing. Opened a complaint with GM and they called Randy Marion and was told the part was there (no one called me.) I called to talk to my service advisor and was told he was with a customer and I could leave voice mail (I did.) No response. I've send emails, left voice mail and the service advisor and the service manager will not return my calls or respond to my emails. Even GM had issues getting them to respond.

The used car lot locations at ****************************************************************** is the WORST I have ever experienced. I would not even give the a 1 star.I purchased a used 2016 Audi on 9/25/21 and within 2 1/2 weeks we were taking the car back for the oil light coming on. The person in the service garage told my son to take it to Audi because they could not work on it. That was not suppose to happen. Yes I bought a car a Acura cash a few weeks ago from Randy Marion.Took it to Honda in Concord where I live cause I herd some rattling that's where I get most of my vehicles from and it was closer but anyway they did something to stop it a little and so I bought it back to Randy Marion on Wednesday the 7th the guy Steve said bring it and take it across the street bmx place but anyway people across the street they said they don't fix it and so we went back to Steve and he sent my wife and I back over there!! **** ripoff. Dealer and Chevy corporate website stated they had 76 fleet Malibus for 11K off sticker. Drove to get one, only to be told they were all sold to Wal-Mart 3 days prior. ****** way to do business if you won't keep your website updated. More of the old bait-and-switch. Not a 21st century way of doing business.
