Not enough people working on a Saturday. Took 1 hr to pick up my vehicle that was already ready.
Great service was met at the door by a well informed salesman named Eric who done an outstanding job putting a rather complex deal together involving a trade for 2 vehicles, one on the preowned lot, and one from the new lot. They worked to find the right deal for my needs in a timely manor. Could not be more pleased with the deal and sales team at Randy Marion.

Will not be using this dealership again, unorganized and slow. Refused my extended warranty and charged me for doing nothing to my vehicle after waiting 2 days to have the truck looked at.
Very disappointing to pay 3% extra due to using a credit card. This should be done away with or increasing price of service to cover. Not an additional charge
