Slow to respond if they respond at all. Having trouble even fixing the truck that is warranty. Constant issues. Glad to sell you a truck but service has been well below par.

Maintenance oil change done but settings not changed so Looks like oils still need to be changed. Took longer than expected for dealer to receive new tires so I had to pick up car and bring back.
Great follow through and do what they say, Sudy was the best salesman you could ask for. Second Suburban I bought from them and will be the third.
Andre was professional & courteous. He answered our questions and was extremely helpful. The finance manager was organized and polite.
