I love my service advisor Karen. She is so knowledgeable and very sweet. She tells me when I need service and when I can hold off. I trust what she says and will bring my car to the quick lube as long as she’s there. She’s so nice to me and that means a whole lot.

I got my inspection at the quick lube. Did not have to wait very long. Karen was excellent. Real friendly and helpful. Enjoyed talking with her. You need more people like her.

It was a great expetience. I did not feel like I was an unknowing female. When I had a question it was answered without the the "manplaing", but just explainined. The salesman, Rick Gleason walked me through the process which made it so easy. I also loved the no pressure to buy attitude.
