Awesome people, felt no pressure and the process was very easy. Whoever is in charge of the salesman and the new car manager should be very proud to have them working at Gunn Chevrolet in Schertz Texas. The way they took care of us was absolutely amazing. Michelle was good to work with and the signing process is fairly quick and simple.
Jayden Blazosky was great, he knew the trucks and features was not pushy and gave us time to evaluate and choose a new vehicle.
I was taken right in. After an evaluation the sales dept said it would take at least 4 days to get the part in for my car. They were courteous, gave me a ride home and made sure to contact me with updates. I worked in Customer Service for 30 years and I was refreshingly surprised at getting good customer service !
Randy marion is a good dealership with an honest group of people. I will be back for my next vehicle.
