I took my 2012 crv to get a spare key made and programed. While I was there I started looking at the new crv. I fell in love with the canyon river blue and the new body style. Matt and Tim were awsome at answering my questions. They were able to locate the perfect vehicle for us and we couldn't be happier.
Wonderful staff
I had a wonderful experience buying my car at Honda with the help of Chanin! He kept me updated throughout the process and always responded quickly to my questions. His clear communication and genuine support made me feel very comfortable. Since I’m not confident in driving yet, he even drove the car to Iowa City for me, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
Got a letter from Honda concerning a common issue with my car, that I have been experiencing, they will fix for free. Randy's Service tech, Chris, tells me he is going to charge me $168 for the diagnostic test. It is under warranty and a known issue. This seems like a scam to get customers into the dealership for bait and switch service. Not falling for it, Chris! Nice try though.
Tony and Jon were awesome! They answered all of our questions fully and with confidence. That helped us feel confident and comfortable making our purchase. We will recommend them to anyone who asks! Good job guys!
