Very unfriendly fellow
The real estate market hit a lull just as we put our house up for sale. I grew uneasy from time to time, but Randy was calm and steady. His advice kept us from losing money on the sale. When the new buyers came along, Randy communicated and advised us every step of the way to a successful closing. I should mention that Randy was our agent when we bought the house in the first place. Obviously, we trust his expertise and guidance.
Randy is very professional, knowledgeable, and informative. He walked me through every step from initial consultation to the closing. If I had a question he responded immediately. Randy made the process simple and stress free. I highly recommend him and his team and is the only Realtor I will use in the future.
