I actually found full time employment through them and that warrants the three stars. My only concern is that I was sent out on an assignment and not paid for the hours I worked. I went to the office to discuss the matter and things escalated quickly. My story was never heard or investigated, I never received pay for those hours and I assume I've been blacklisted as well because I haven't worked for the agency since. I write this review in hopes to enlighten everyone who has not worked in staffing as it is clear from the reviews that you do not understand the "behind the scenes" of staffing. First off I'd like to say that if someone from the staffing agency told you something relating to a particular job then it is likely that information came from the company in question and not the agency themselves. I had a long term assign. when I first relocated to Columbus, GA. The experience was good but I wasn't interested in permanent w/the company. The devil horns and tails came out in the Randstad staff after that. They sent me on bogus assignments, advised me they were long-term 3-6 months when truthfully they were 1-2 days. After complaining to the recruiter and having this happen a second time I told her how unprofessional her recruitment methods were and they blacklisted me. LOL! This place is comedy central.
