Wonderful! Friends has suggested that we go to Randolph's to look for an engagement ring. It was the BEST decision we could have made. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted but they were extremely helpful and patient. I found the ring of my dreams with Kathy's help! You will not be disappointed.

Highly Recommend! Better experience than Jewelers' Row! Busy and thriving local shop! Extremely dissappointed – I went here upon a recommendation from a friend. I was looking for an engagement ring and did not want to do to jeweler's row. It was a costly mistake going to Randoph's. Unless you have a lot of money don't expect quality service. Randy and his staff are rude and condescending, and did not follow my instructions. The ring made was not what we discussed. Randolph's is the BEST!! – Randy has been my go to jeweler for over 10 years! He is a miracle worker when it comes to repair of antique jewelry. He is the best jewelry designer you could find and, most importantly, he is honest! He is a busy man. If you have something particular you want to buy or design, make an appointment with him, don't just walk in. He's a hands on store owner and does most of the repair work and design work himself. Be patient, perfection takes time!!

RUDE – I cannot believe this store. They employ some of the rudest people I have ever come across in my entire life. I was looking to upgrade my diamond. Randy was short with me, he seemed disinterested with what I wanted to do and I took my business elsewhere.There are many jewelers that want my business; I do not have to deal with rude people.

Avoid Randolph's Fine Jewelry in Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia. I sold Randolph's a pair of gold earrings for scrap value. I then sold a similar pair of gold earrings for scrap value to FH Gold Buyers in Norristown. FH paid 80% more, yes - 80% more, than Randolph's offered. This is an apples to apples comparison. Selection, Quality, & Price – Randy is the most creative designers I've met. Forget about finding parking downtown,,,this store has much more to offer!!! It's a hidden gem!!!! Whenever you can't think of the perfect gift, for somebody else (or yourself) come here and you will find the perfect gift!!
