My parents are loyal customers. I'll be a patient soon. My only complaint is your cancelation fees. My mom had an appointment scheduled for my little brother on Monday the 21st but my mom had to have my dad cancel because she had to have emergency surgery. (Unplanned surgery) We were told we would still have to pay the late fee. I understand no show cancellation fees. But in certain circumstances they should be waived. . Since we are loyal customers.
Dr. V is the best, I'm going to recommend her to everyone I know!!!
