Very caring staff, thank you for your help during our tough time
It was Jazmin's first time there and the staff was helpful and because she is a snuggle bunny made she felt welcomed.
When I moved to Brockton in 1978 Dr. Barce was the vet who I had treat my fur babies. When Dr. Barce retired I continued to bring my fur babies and put them in the care of our wonderful Dr. Harrington and her great caring staff. I would call them when we arrived in the parking lot to have them come out and help me bring my two little ones in to be examined which was so kind and caring, they not only took care of my fur babies they took care of me too. 38 years is a long time and unfortunately due to transportation difficulti... read more
I can't say enough about Dr. Harrington and her staff. We have been taking our pets there for almost ten years. The staff is very knowledgeable and sensitive to the relationships many of us have with our animals. Recently we had to have one put down and Dr. Harrington' staff escorted my wife and I, upon arrival, immediately to a private room where they treated us and our pet with the utmost dignity. We had a very pleasant first appt w Dr Sobel & her very kind nurse. They were very helpful & fully answered all of my questions & took excellent care of my furbaby!! This was the first time in all my years of having floppy eared dogs that the DR took a swab of the drainage from his ear to determine if it was infected (it was not) instead of just assuming it was and putting him on antibiotic ointment right away w/o even looking under the microscope to make that diagnosis!!, I feel very confident with continuing to get my dog'... read more
I have been very impressed with the Personnel at Randolph Animal Hospital. They obviously care a great deal about animals, and are attentive to humans as well. I plan on bringing my Veterinary business to them in the future.
I don't want to go into details, but very disappointed in the professionalism of the staff .. I will never come back again
