I’ve been here for about 4 years. Upon my first year living here was pleasant but has become really unprofessional. The office staff needs to be revised on phone etiquette when speaking to people. Been waiting for approval for a unit for over 2 months ! property manager stated she can't do any move ins because she is all caught up with doing recerts and invoices ! I've sent everything over they needed i just want to be approved I call everyday it shouldn't take 2 months when i have a job and steady income
Starting to get better
Have been here for several years. In the past, property manager and front desk person (Al) were the best. Work was completed in a timely manner. Now, they are hiring lazy people who don't want to do their job! Made a call in April for a kitchen leak. No response. Went online July 27 to put in a work order for the same problem...no response.
