Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease

Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. Although I was hoping to be able to watch my favorite show during my dental procedure, they had plenty of magazines for me to look through. My procedure flew by because I had something to distract me the entire time. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office.
