Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Would you recommend this dentist to others? Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Yes, I could tell they practiced good oral hygiene

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation! Does this provider treat their staff well? No, the staff was very mistreated Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? They examined them, but not very thoroughly Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? The worst I have seen
