He is a very caring doctor and completely explains everything to his patients, which is very important. Definitely one of a kind who, with his expertise and care that he gives, makes patients very comfortable even in difficult diagnosis. More should follow his lead.

When I first went to Dr Weingarten in 1999, he found I had Wegener's Ganulomatosis Disease. That took only one visit - years later I joined a support group and found out that the average time for their diagnosis is over a year! Mine took one visit, and he saved my life by finding out so quickly. I will always have Randy Weingarten as my doctor.
I was very anxious about my thyroid surgery, but Dr.Weingarten put my mind at ease due to his thoroughness, professionalism, and attention to detail. My care at the hospital was outstanding and the doctor's concerned visits and and follow up reflects his top priority of patient care.
I was in the area from out of town and went in for a strange lump near my tonsil. He was kind, and very thorough. He recommended a course of action that was followed by my local doctor. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends. Thank you!
