The body shop at this "business" is completely and utterly unprofessional and grossly neglect their "customers". I would NEVER recommend this establishment to anyone in the Houston area. They have been working on my vehicle for almost amonth on an job that takes 10 days max and they talk to me as if that's their normal protocol!! These people are liars and smoke blowers!
Aside from the fact that the sales experience was horrible, it has been 6 months since we bought the car and we still don't have permanent plates or a title! Total run around from the dealership, I would NEVER do business with them again!
Takes days to get a vehicle I spent over $50,000 on looked at! Had a door issue on this brand new vehicle.
