I went for my first oil change and had to get my truck re-torqued (since my truck is lifted) also. I had an appointment with Nick at 730. I was told my truck was finished at about 9 something I nly to get in and see that my oil change sticker hadn’t been changed( luckily I was paying attention to things before leaving). Everyone is friendly and made sure all questions were answered.
Great service from Planet Ford, Amanda is helpful as always. However, I really didn't appreciate being ambushed in the service lane by the guys doing the windshield repairs.
Worked hard to supply the truck I wanted and worked even harder to get the price right!
can take my car there to be fixed. They ask if I want whatever done to it and I make the decision.
