The heating system was not working until November 30 (12 degrees outside, no central heating, very cold inside); still insufficient into December. The Allen House model unit and website are not representative of my apartment, which is filthy and worn (manager agreed but didnt remedy). The toilet was dirty and had not even been flushed! In November 2021, my roommates and I resigned our college apartment after talking with management. We had several issues with the place our first year there--moving into the apartment, sight unseen, to find a nearly unusable kitchen that was falling apart. These problems were solved by maintenance about one-two months after move in and we were offered a $600 rent concession to be added in August of 2022 as compensation, and a $200 renewal bonus to be added in the same month. Very unprofessional. Had to complain about multiple things since I moved. Recent complaint was regarding the mold in the bathroom. No prior notice given -repair guy comes in and tears down the wall. Cant shower now. Multiple emails sent to the management. Havent been able to shower for 5 days now.
Randall Park Rentals has continued to rent out units in 1320 Spring Street with cockroaches for 10 years (see reviews from previous tenants online). Yet the organization flourishes by taking advantage of new renters, young people just getting started in their early careers. We lost a great deal of money in cleaning and disposing of personal items (to prevent cockroaches from following us to our new apartment). If you don't love the idea of living with cockroach poop in your utensil drawer, I do not recommend this place.

I have had a great 2 years with this company and liked the onsite staff. The staff were also nice and friendly when they had to enter my apartment.

The fact that this company has an A+ rating on this site makes me question the validity of this site. This company is so terrible to do business with they operate under several different DBA in order to get away from the slew of negative reviews. But lets just focus on my experience. I rented from this company for two years, only because they send the lease renewal one month after we had lived there and so we didn't know better.
