Yet the organization flourishes by taking advantage of new renters, young people just getting started in their early careers. We lost a great deal of money in cleaning and disposing of personal items (to prevent cockroaches from following us to our new apartment). If you don't love the idea of living with cockroach poop in your utensil drawer, I do not recommend this place.
