dont trust randall noe in terrell. we had to get our car worked on and they took stole EVERYTHING out of our car. couple hundred dollars worth of stuff. we tried to call them to look at cameras and they refused. all they said is "it wasn't us"
I attempted to buy a 2015 f250 from them and they refused to even unlock the truck and let me look inside. I ended up buying a brand new truck at town east ford.
Overpriced used trucks, I went to look at a truck that was 20 yrs old, they priced it at almost new sticker. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Best experience ever buying a vehicle!!!
Every time I come to get my oil changed it’s at least a 2 hour wait and I’m driving from Sulphur Springs. Each time we come and check in, they act like they don’t know what they are doing, you are sent from one person to the next to check in. It is not worth it for an oil change. This will be my last time I come here
I will not recommend them to anyone .we drove 2 hrs and 45 minutes to BUY a truck that we saw online just to be told it was gone..I feel that it was gone the day we set up the trip which was Friday .if the salesman would have done his job we would not have wasted gas driving there ..I wish we would have talked to management but I was furious so we left..The only good thing about that day is we own a tundra !!!
