In a nightmare scenario, Doctor Dei gave no warning nor any painkiller before using a wire-cutter type device to cut into my toe to remove an inch-long strip of toenail. He then plunged a small metal pick into the spot where the toenail meets the toe to fish around for a hangnail. I got my ingrown toe nails treated and I just want to say that he is very professional, excellent service. He is very knowledgeable and attentive. 10/10 definitely recommend.
Upon arrival i literally waited 15 minutes to be checked in when a couple employees were not not busy doing anything but refused to acknowledge me until another person waiting in line said it is always like that there. I then got in to see the doctor & was beyond underwhelmed with diagnosis, care plan & over all care in general. They ordered no tests/scans for a 6 month old injury with consistently moderate pain with some swelling still & went strictly off a 5 month old xray with no othe tests or scans to go off of. I wish I had had the experience other people had. After the surgery to correct a bunion deformity my toe became stiff and non-functional and I now live in constant pain and I can't sleep and I think about suicide constantly. I wish I had kept the bunion. My toe is now turned over on its side. I just want to die.
