I have been a tenant of Mr. Gears for almost 3 years now and I cannot express how kind he is. If you show respect and care for his properties as you would your own home, he shows you the same respect in return.

I currently live in a property under this management group and anytime there is a problem with our apartment unit it is impossible to get ahold of him. We rarely get texts back and never receive call backs even after several voicemails.
