I called here for a dental emergency and instead got a weird performance from the dentist. I told him I cracked a tooth to the pulp and a one I has an old root canal. He said that wasn’t an emergency, complained that I had insurance and wanted to use it (doesn’t everyone with insurance use it??) and went on and on about how he wants to be in a Tyler Perry movie about being Madeas dentist. I am in complete shock right now. I just called this "man's" office through my insurance (so they were the ones that started the phone call and started asking questions) and he was asked if he accepted the insurance, sending him into a tirade about dropping clients and not dropping clients and needing to "vet" new incoming patients like the American government needs to vet immigrants and started yelling at the poor agent. The dentist is awesome I have been going to him for years, very honest and helpful. I take my kids there and referred many people including my mom who also says he is the best dentist she has had. He definitely makes everything easy including getting last minute appointments. He is understanding with everyone’s circumstances. I once had tooth pain and he seen me right away.
