I am probably the most exacting critic there is when it comes to medical care in general and Dr. Broom is the only medical professional I've gone back to consistantly for years. My husband and I have been going to him for five years now and we both love him and his staff. The office is very small but comfortable and friendly. Found him on the web site of my insurance company. Talked on the phone- seemed nice enough. First visit was very nice, low key- appreciated his approach and chairside manner. He did not try and sell me (or my insurance company) services. Very calm, very reassuring. Office is in charming old building- he doesn't need to adjust his prices up in order to pay for the appearance of his office. In fact, I loved it. I have been using Dr. Broom (who prefers to be called Randall) for 5 years & have been extremely happy with his customer service, friendliness and follow up. I recently got married & my wife has become a regular, as well. We are both very pleased with Randall. I would write more but the other reviews are exactly what I would say: friendly, no pressure, no "upselling", remembers who you are, does the cleaning himself, etc.

Dr. Broom is the greatest! After trying about 4 dentists in the Seattle area over the last 10 years, I have settled on Dr. Broom for myself and my family. He is considerate, his costs are very reasonable and he is very concerned about providing top notch treatment. He is compassionate and spends a lot of time with his patients. He does all of his own cleanings and gives a lot of great ideas, including various treatment options. Dr. Broom and his staff are great. What I liked best is that he spent more time with me than his hygenist did. He spends a lot of time looking at your teeth, makes suggestions without pushing pricey treatments. He's a genuinely nice man, and remembers things about you to talk about when you come for your visit.
