Dr. Broom is a delight to visit. He always treats me courteously and respectfully. The personal attention that you get on every visit is unmatched. His offices are somewhat modest, but it is clear that his patients get the benefit of his lower overhead. A great dentist and a wonderful person. My only regret is that I didn't switch to him sooner.
Dr. Broom is the best dentist I've ever been to! I just went for an exam/cleaning, so I don't know about more extensive work. But Dr. Broom is super nice; he greeted me at the front door and shook my hand (the receptionist was out). I only spent about 5 minutes with the hygenist--he did everything else himself, even the flossing. The office is really small and in a kind of weird apartment building, but don't let that deter you. He's the best!
Dr. Randall Broom and his wonderful staff are just incredible. I give him my very highest rating. As a dentist and even more -as a person. Having moved here from out of town I was really not sure where to turn. And a little more than past due for the kind of Care that I so kindly recieved at Dr. Brooms U-District office. I am still amazed at the before and after. Big Smiles all the way around. Dr. Broom is simply fabulous! He treats you like a real person, not just a mouth! I love the fact that he will answer the phone and talk to you. I just can't say enough about him.
Dr. Broom is excellent! After years of seeing dentists that did shoddy and painful work on my teeth, I finally found Dr. Broom. Now all of my dental work is finally complete, w/ minimal out of pocket expense to me!
Dr. Broom is wonderful. I hadn't been to a dentist in about 10 years and was very nervous. My last dental experience was horrible and I was dreading to go to his office but he made me feel very comfortable and treated me with kid gloves. Now my husband to be and I both go and recommend to all our grad students to see Dr. Broom also.
Made me very comfortable; willing to spend time discussing personal concerns and handle my stress reactions appropriately ( I often cry during dental or medical procedures, and some professionals get upset or condescending). Flexible and friendly.
Great Service, but my teeth are a little sensitive, even though I have no cavities, and it felt like they were really getting picked pretty hard at.
Dr. Broom is a great dentist. He's very nice, relaxing and competent. I never had more than preventative care, though, so I can't speak to anything besides that.
