We live at Rand Sharp Ln, but since there is no Google account for that address, I am posting where the main leasing office is. I give this place a 1-star review due to how our stay here has been handled. When we first moved into the apartment back in Dec we could not view it in person, which we thought was okay. But once we moved in we realized the apartment was an ADA apartment or for someone with a wheelchair. We brought this up and they did move us, but we had to sign a new lease. I think they deleted my first very detailed review so I will simply state that there is a terrible roach problem, they turn the water off to fix leaks at least once a week, and it was the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. If you can live anywhere else, do it.

I recently became a new resident at Willoway and I cannot express how awesome the office team is. Kenzie and Darrell really make you feel seen and cared for. I've been dealing with a situation with my unit and they have been patient and considerate through the whole process. They make it about you and your comfort. I could not have asked for a better management team. You're in good hands!

It seemed like a high monthly rent for a small living space, but I guess that's everywhere in Knoxville. You pay a fee for not having renter's insurance, but you are also required to pay a fee for having it, so I don't understand!
