Roach infested and horrible management
Where do i even begin. Let's start with they brought the property and kicked people out by doubling the rent. They kicked a 90 year old woman out on section 8 because they wanted to raise rent and no longer do secion 8. Mind you thos lady was here for 15 years. My rent was 900 for the same apartment. They kicked another 18 year old girl who just got out of foster care and parents died during covid and me I was 20. We live at Rand Sharp Ln, but since there is no Google account for that address, I am posting where the main leasing office is. I give this place a 1-star review due to how our stay here has been handled. When we first moved into the apartment back in Dec we could not view it in person, which we thought was okay. But once we moved in we realized the apartment was an ADA apartment or for someone with a wheelchair. We brought this up and they did move us, but we had to sign a new lease.
