Not only professional, but also very personable staff.
So far, I've had two visits. I haven't been to a dentist in many many years due to a previous bad experience. The first visit was introductory with Dr. Dukoff involving full mouth xrays and an explanation of the results. He was kind, informative, and made sure I understood everything. This builds badly needed trust. The second visit was for a cleaning with Gematta. She also was affable, informative and took care to make sure I understood her procedures.
