Don’t do it. It’s by far the worst place we have ever lived. When we moved in, there were so many issues. The management is apathetic and never on top of anything. There are cockroaches and wasps nests. Two of our neighbors left also - same issues. A/C went out at my friend’s for months and they never fixed the issue. The only good thing about this complex is that the maintenance staff if very responsive and were very friendly. Even after hours.
