Horribly over priced, only “updates” are super cheap thin vinyl flooring and cheap grey paint and they believe that justifies charging what they do. Horrible at responding to maintenance request, it took them months to come out and fix a massive leak from the water line under our unit which resulted in our apartment becoming riddled with mold and they didn’t care at all. We were always sick and it smelled awful. Our neighbors were constantly smoking and it made our apartment smell awful too. The outside was barely maintained... read more
Just a delivery driver, but just pulling into this complex, every house by the outside look, seems to be in disrepair. Window screens messed up, no shutter is level or square with the building, some are missing.. et merde. Kinda shady if you ask me....
